Bethel Church in Redding, California is a non-denominational megachurch that has made plenty of headlines over the years. Some claim it’s actually a cult that has huge influence over the city of Redding. In December 2019, two Bethel members tried to resurrect their dead toddler and raised over $70,000 on GoFundMe. Their church services include something called a “Glory Cloud” where glitter and feathers rain down. Sherri Papini also has an odd connection to Bethel.
